Principal Enterprise Solutions Architect MarTech- OMNI – Marketing
Location: San Francisco, CA with a hybrid schedule
Interview process: 1 video then an onsite interview
We are looking for a Enterprise Architect – Marketing to join our Enterprise Architecture team as a contingent staff member. This role will support the design, assessment, and evolution of our MarTech ecosystem in alignment with our Connected Commerce strategy.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in composable MarTech architecture, AI-driven marketing capabilities, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into an existing team and deliver from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the current MarTech landscape and identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across CDP, CRM, Loyalty, Campaign Orchestration, and Paid Media platforms.
Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align MarTech investments with business outcomes.
Provide guidance on composable MarTech patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms.
Advise on AI-powered marketing use cases including predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, and content automation.
Partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions.
Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for MarTech investments and platform consolidations.
Produce clea documentation — architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, and recommendations — aligned to team standards.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in MarTech or digital marketing architecture.
Hands-on experience across:
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Identity Resolution
CRM, Loyalty, and Lifecycle Marketing platforms
Campaign Orchestration tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze, Zeta)
Paid Media ecosystems — DSPs, Clean Rooms, Audience Management, and Attribution
Content Management, DAM, and Content Supply Chain platforms
Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing — personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence.
Retail, CPG, or DTC brand experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agentic AI or LLM applications in marketing automation or customer engagement.
Experience with marketing measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, incrementality testing).
Exposure to composable MarTech and MACH architecture principles.
Core Competencies
Able to integrate quickly into an existing team and contribute without significant ramp-up.
Strong communication skills — able to translate complex MarTech concepts into business value for executive audiences.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
Collaborative team player who can operate within established processes and governance frameworks.
