At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. Your Team, Your Impact

This is a rare opportunity to join Marvell at an inflection point — one where your fingerprints will be on the financial architecture of a scaling, high-growth organization. As a Principal Financial Analyst within our Corporate FP&A team you will be a trusted partner to some of the most senior leaders in the company, from the SVP of Finance to the finance professionals embedded across every business unit and support function. You won’t just report on the business — you will help shape how we understand it.
We are actively scaling our Corporate FP&A team and rebuilding how we approach our processes, analytical frameworks, and business narrative. This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who is motivated, meticulous, and ready to lead. You will bring financial data together from across the enterprise to deliver the clarity and transparency that management needs — through monthly reporting, annual planning, and high-impact ad-hoc analysis. For the right candidate, this role has no ceiling.

What You Can Expect

  • Key stakeholder in the annual operating plan and long-range planning process across all business units

  • Drive monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and business alignment

  • Partner with business unit and support FP&A teams to consolidate enterprise P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections

  • Develop and maintain financial models that support scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment

  • Prepare and present quarterly earnings packages, and board materials

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors

  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards that track performance against plan

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to functional leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations

  • Partner with Accounting on close processes to ensure plan-to-actuals accuracy and variance resolution

  • Champion automation and standardization initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve analytical capacity

  • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or related fields and 10+ years of related professional experience

  • Specifically, 8-10 years of experience in high growth technology company with FP&A, Corporate Finance or BU Finance

  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred, strong communication, critical thinking, collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with various organizations at all levels

  • High energy and attention to detail, problem solving approach and ability to deliver results

  • Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to work with incomplete information and deal with varying levels of ambiguity to provide insight from large data sets

  • Skilled at summarizing data for management reporting, experience with Oracle / OneStream / BI a plus

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

131,000 - 193,810, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
