Job Description
Team & Role
At ServiceNow (including Moveworks), we embrace representation from all professional and personal backgrounds and cultures. This diversity fuels creativity, empathy, and innovation across our teams.
This role sits within the Product Design organization and focuses on Agent Studio, Moveworks' enterprise platform for building, testing, and deploying AI agents and automations across systems. Designers here play a critical role in shaping product strategy and partnering closely with product management and engineering from the earliest stages of problem definition through launch and iteration.
As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design vision for Agent Studio, while also playing a key role in bridging the Moveworks' Agent Studio experience with core Better Together Moveworks + ServiceNow umbrella initiatives. You'll operate at both the strategic and executional levels-driving clarity in a complex, fast-evolving Agentic AI space.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the end-to-end design of Agent Studio, a unified workspace where developers and teams build AI agents, design logic, test workflows, and create integrations across enterprise domains (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Shape how both technical and non-technical users build, test, and deploy agentic AI workflows across complex enterprise systems.
  • Turn highly complex concepts-automation, integrations, orchestration, and AI behavior-into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
  • Drive large, cross-functional initiatives, partnering with product and engineering to influence product strategy and long-term platform direction.
  • Lead UX strategy and opportunity definition in the Agentic AI and automation space, identifying where design can unlock step-change user value
  • Develop frameworks, patterns, and principles that standardize and scale Agent Studio experiences across teams and products.
  • Play a key leadership role in post-merger integration, aligning Moveworks' Agent Studio design strategies with core Better Together Moveworks + ServiceNow umbrella initiatives
  • Interested in remaining deeply hands-on and curious, with a passion for experimenting in the agentic AI space-rapidly prototyping, vibe coding, and testing new ideas to turn cutting-edge tech into real product value
  • Mentor and elevate other designers, sharing knowledge and raising the bar for craft, systems thinking, and user-centered decision making.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 10+ years of relevant design experience with strong first principle thinking
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative AI product and web product solutions for end-to-end user journeys that satisfy user needs and business objectives.
  • Strong bias towards practical and elegant designs rooted in deep understanding in machine learning and fast evolving technology landscape.
  • Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for deliverables such as product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks across one or more domains or key strategic initiatives.
  • Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally to elevate colleagues, teams, and community of practice.
  • Influence skills and drive to continuously improve product design processes across business units and design teams.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
