Who We Are

At Bluehost, we believe all small businesses deserve the opportunity to succeed online. Our mission is to give small businesses the confidence to think big. We're the all-in-one platform for small businesses to grow online with powerful simplicity, premium performance, smart tools and human support.

As a Principal Product Manager – AI Applications, you will own the strategy and execution for our vibe coding experience and prebuilt application templates. This role is responsible for how customers move from intent → application → iteration, using AI-powered tooling that integrates best‑in‑class vendors into a cohesive, intuitive product experience.

You will lead vendor integration, experience design, workflow orchestration, and product quality across a growing library of prebuilt app templates and vibe‑based creation flows. You will operate at Principal scope: defining product direction, setting standards for experience and scale, and ensuring our vibe coding products are easy to understand, fast to iterate on, and valuable out of the box.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Product strategy and roadmap for vibe coding applications and prebuilt application templates.

  • End‑to‑end ownership of the vibe coding experience, from initial intent capture through iteration, customization, and reuse.

  • Integration and ongoing management of third‑party AI and application vendors, ensuring reliability, consistency, and a unified customer experience.

  • Definition of experience standards across templates, including structure, defaults, configuration, and iteration patterns.

  • Partnering with engineering and design to translate vendor capabilities into simple, opinionated workflows customers can succeed with immediately.

  • Driving template discovery, activation, and iteration, ensuring customers understand what they can build and how to evolve it.

  • Establishing success metrics such as template usage, iteration rate, time‑to‑value, retention, and expansion.

  • Coordinating dependencies and priorities across Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and GTM for vendor‑backed features.

  • Leading launches and improvements that materially increase adoption and repeat usage of vibe coding applications.

  • Providing clear updates to leadership on roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

  • Acting as a product quality bar‑raiser, ensuring we ship cohesive experiences rather than disconnected capabilities.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex, customer‑facing products.

  • A curiosity for keeping up with the latest AI trends.

  • Currently evolving into the Product Manager of the future by leveraging AI tooling and prototyping concepts.

  • Proven experience building products on top of third‑party platforms or vendor ecosystems.

  • Strong product intuition around experience design, workflow simplification, and usability, especially in creation tools.

  • Comfort partnering with engineering on integration constraints, API limitations, reliability, and scale.

  • Experience defining and evolving template‑based or modular products is a strong plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when aligning cross‑functional teams.

  • Highly self‑directed, outcome‑oriented, and comfortable operating with senior‑level autonomy.

  • Ability to think strategically while staying close to real customer usage and feedback.
