These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.

We’re on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the connectors and ecosystem strategy at ClickHouse. This role will be crucial in defining and executing the product strategy for the broader ClickHouse ecosystem. This team currently owns 10 open source connectors for technologies like Kafka, dbt, Spark and more as well as integrates with external platforms, from the big three hyperscalers to tech partners like Hex, Sigma and Vercel. They are responsible for core data pipelines ingesting hundreds of GB/s and consuming ClickHouse in your favorite analytics tool or agent.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and deep knowledge of the technologies and integration points within the ClickHouse ecosystem. We need dedicated product leadership to define the strategy, build partner relationships, and drive execution alongside our engineering team. You will be the external face of the connectors team, building deep relationships with partners, customers, and the broader ClickHouse community. You will translate external signals and market trends into a roadmap that moves the business forward.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across ClickHouse's native connectors and partner ecosystem.
  • Build close feedback loops with technology partners, driving co-innovation and a growing joint integration surface.
  • Track the competitive landscape closely and form strong, data-backed opinions on which ecosystem investments will move the business.
  • Work with engineering to build a roadmap that balances connector stability, ClickHouse feature coverage, and developer experience.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact, ROI, and customer success of the connectors portfolio to leadership.
  • Raise the profile of the ClickHouse ecosystem through conference talks, blog posts, technical content, and community engagement.
  • Build a design partner program to surface early customer feedback and co-develop solutions with the most engaged users.
What You Bring
  • Deep, hands-on domain expertise in the modern data integration landscape: streaming, orchestration, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or developer-facing platform products. Engineers making the move into product management with meaningful experience in this space are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical depth to hold peer-level conversations about APIs, schema design, performance trade-offs, and connector architecture. You're comfortable setting up integrations, reading documentation, and debugging connector behavior yourself.
  • You anticipate where the integration landscape is heading and bring that perspective to engineering and leadership before they ask.
  • External-facing: you're energized by customer conversations, partner relationships, industry events, and publicly representing the product.
  • Customer-first instincts: you translate loosely structured partner and customer signals into crisp requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and limited hand-holding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting roadmap strategy and trade-offs to engineering leadership and executives.
  • You have a background working with open source software or developer-focused products

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience as an integration / ecosystem product manager, engineer or solutions architect.
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse or other databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Experiment working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
