At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake is hiring a Sr. Director, Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) to help lead strategic data transformation initiatives across the company and our customer ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO), this leader will operate at the intersection of internal innovation, product strategy, and customer engagement.

The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization serves three core responsibilities across Snowflake:

  1. Driving internal Data, Analytics & AI transformation across Snowflake by building scalable, AI-native capabilities and operational frameworks.

  3. Engaging directly with customers to demonstrate the art of the possible with Snowflake, lead forward-deployed engineering efforts, and bring customer insights back into product and platform strategy.

This role will focus on advancing these three pillars, improving Snowflake’s internal data team’s products and operations, accelerating customer success, and influencing the future direction of the Snowflake platform.

We are passionate about making Snowflake the best cloud for data, AI, computation, collaboration, and applications. As enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven operating models, this role will help shape how Snowflake enables that transformation both internally and externally.

Develop repeatable frameworks, reference architectures, enablement models, and transformation patterns that can scale across internal teams and customer organizations.

Collaborate Across Executive Leadership

Work closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, and the CDAO organization to align strategy, prioritize investments, and drive measurable business outcomes.
