Responsibilities:
  • Gain an understanding of customer needs and pain points. Given the scope and accountability of this role, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to guard and improve the end-to-end customer experience for our clients.
  • Set an overarching growth strategy for Upwork's clients, both enterprise and non-enterprise. Your role will span the product-led growth lifecycle, from acquisition, to onboarding, to activation, and monetization, offering you the potential to impact Upwork on a large scale.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers. You will manage and mentor the existing Client Growth, Enterprise Growth, and Platform Growth product teams.
  • Enable execution. You will work with cross-functional partners and the team to create collaboration models, processes, and operations to drive high-velocity execution and deliver high-quality insights, working with a distributed engineering team across North America and Europe.
  • Build and leverage partnerships. You will not only work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and other product areas, but will also work with marketing leadership across the Acquisition, Life Cycle Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
  • You'll form close cross-functional relationships and ensuring powerful collaboration across the Consumer Growth team to achieve amazing results together.

The annual base salary range for this position  is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.

$195,000$251,500 USD
