About One Pass

One Pass is redefining how people engage with health, wellness, and everyday living. Through a comprehensive engagement and loyalty platform, we empower millions of members to live healthier, more connected lives. Backed by deep partnerships across healthcare and supported by a culture of innovation, cross‑functional collaboration, and relentless curiosity, One Pass is scaling rapidly and shaping the future how people lead healthier, fuller lives.

About the Role

The Principal Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy for One Pass Solutions’ digital fitness and wellness platform. This role partners closely with leadership to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our business goals. The Principal Product Manager will also lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and experiences that drive user engagement, achieve key business outcomes, and support the company’s mission of making healthy, active living attainable to everyone.

This is a senior individual‑contributor role with broad product ownership, executive visibility, and the ability to drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will operate in a high‑velocity, startup‑like environment where autonomy, rapid experimentation, and strong decision‑making under ambiguity are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate the strategic product vision and multi-year roadmap.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through development, launch, and iterative improvements.

  • Translate business needs and customer insights into clear product requirements and, when necessary, technical specifications for engineering.

  • Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-quality product experiences that meet customer and business needs.

  • Manage Agile development processes (e.g., backlog grooming, sprint planning, release coordination) using tools like JIRA to keep teams aligned and projects on track.

  • Define and monitor key product metrics, using data and light SQL analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.

  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and performance to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Mentor product team members and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.

About You

You are a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’re equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers as you are aligning product priorities with business stakeholders. You bring a data-driven mindset to decision-making and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for users. You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to elevate team performance and product impact. You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly, and you can independently create clarity, structure, and momentum without waiting for direction.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including time in senior or lead PM roles.

  • Proven success launching and scaling digital products across web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong technical understanding of modern web/mobile applications, including APIs, frontend/backend systems, and databases.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) and proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Data-driven decision-making abilities, including comfort with defining and analyzing metrics (light SQL proficiency for data analysis is required).

  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you needed to figure out solutions quickly and drive forward without perfect information.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry experience in fitness, health, or wellness technology.

  • Deep understanding of consumer-facing mobile apps and responsive web platforms – how to build and optimize products for broad user engagement.

  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and user-centered design practices.

  • Background in fast-paced or startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in scaling products or businesses.

  • Experience mentoring or leading other product managers, indicating strong leadership and people development skills.

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments or similarly fast-paced settings that required rapid iteration, scrappy problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership.
