About the Role:

We are looking to add a Principal Recruiter to our team as a contractor for our early career programs. In this opportunity you'll get the opportunity to own and manage our internship programs this summer. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager of Product and Engineering, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is hybrid for our Seattle, WA office.
 

You Will:

  • Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams

  • Ensure a seamless experience for our intern candidates

  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven skills to build early career recruiting strategies

You Have:

  • 5+ years of early career recruiting experience

  • Successful multi-year full-cycle recruiting results

  • Experience building relationships and working with executive leaders

  • Strong sourcing skills and hiring results

  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomes

  • Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects

Compensation Details. The hourly range is $76-$85 per hour.
