As a Principal SAP-SAP IBP consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging your deep understanding of IBP and BTP tools. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact on Bristlecone's SAP Planning - Delivery department. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP IBP and BTP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients, helping them optimize their SAP landscape.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring Bristlecone remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements, leveraging SAP IBP's capabilities.
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the SAP IBP implementation process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP and BTP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP and BTP tools, including their functionalities and integration capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in SAP's latest technologies and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Any relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Integrated Business Planning, will be an advantage.
