- Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Lead discovery efforts to identify opportunities, validate solutions and prioritize investments
- Partner with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations
- Own key product metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
- Mentor and coach product managers, contributing to the growth of the product discipline

About you
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive measurable impact
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI/UX, sales, client support, finance and marketing

- Track record of delivering on time and measuring success
