Process Yield Engineering Intern

We are looking for a Process Yield Engineering Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Director of Factory Yield and based in Fremont, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.
 
Role and Responsibilities:
• Analysis of factory yield to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in group brainstorming to identify root causes and potential countermeasures to yield problems.
• Conduct and analyze experiments.
Skills and Experience:  
• Undergraduate working towards a degree in mechanical, manufacturing/industrial engineering, or material science.  Must be a Senior or rising Senior. 
• Experienced with or interested in working within a manufacturing environment.
• Able to manipulate large data sets using Excel or JMP.
• Self-motivated problem solver.
• Able to work with process equipment (hands on).
• Must be eligible to work in the US.  
 
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 1 hour.

Salary Ranges:$34.50 - $37.50
