Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete this assessment will remove you from consideration.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

- Negotiate Product Support and Assurance Agreements (PSAAs) and M6 Manufacturer's Warranty Agreements, spares pricing and complex terms and conditions with internal and external stakeholders. Execute binding contractual documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BCA & BGS Supply Chain Contracts, BCA Warranty, In-Service Operations and Fleet Program Managers, Fleet Chief Office, Functional Excellence, and other functions to define and execute on standardized processes.
- Integrate operational and technical requirements with supply chain strategy and customer priorities.
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to contracting strategies, team integration, and customer support.
- Interpret and facilitate contract dispute resolution pertaining to supplier PSAA obligations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address customer impacts of an evolving global supply chain environment.
- Conduct formal training to airlines on their contractual rights with Boeing's suppliers.

- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
