Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for Procurement Multi-fam Manager Level K, to join our team in Dallas,TX to lead the Vertical Lift Procurement Team.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
  • Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and small business subcontracting.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, team manager , large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership".
  • 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $101,000 - $172,800
