Procurement/Operations Associate – Contract 

Project Overview 

HR for Growth is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Associate to support end-to-end product procurement, transportation, and catalog management for a retail photography project. This role will ensure products are able to move efficiently from retail purchase to studio photography while maintaining accurate catalog and inventory records. 

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both hands-on procurement tasks and operational coordination in a fast-paced project environment. 

Key Results Area: 

  • Purchase designated products from specified retail locations and maintain accurate receipts and purchase documentation 

  • Create and maintain catalog tracking files for all purchased items 

  • Transport purchased products to the San Francisco studio for scheduled photography sessions 

  • Capture in-store photos of product displays when needed for pricing verification 

  • Coordinate with the on-site project team to ensure products are ready for photography 

  • Procure replacement items if products or packaging are damaged or unsuitable for photography 

  • Support post-photography product organization, including donation or disposal per project guidelines 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills 

  • Comfortable performing hands-on tasks, including purchasing, inventory tracking, and transporting products 

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations 

  • Basic spreadsheet or catalog tracking experience preferred 

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
