What this Job Entails: 

The role develops detailed project plans and manages all solution development and implementation processes including resource estimation and allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery. Projects involve figuring out how to properly match the correct IT equipment to the right people/teams by tracking component level usage, recommending specifications and proactively reaching out to upgrade devices. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.

Scope: 

  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors 

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional and technical projects.

  • Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment phases

  • Responsible for managing/tracking program milestones, timeline, and overall deliverables

  • Lead creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation including schedules, reviews, process documents, risk analysis, etc.

  • Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide regular status updates  

  • Coordinates and manages calls and regularly scheduled meetings with core teams and prepares PowerPoint and Google Slide presentations for project meetings with leadership as well as third-party vendors

  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations for process flows and process mapping.

  • Enhance department and organization efficiencies. Accepts ownership of new project guidelines, while working to explore opportunities to add value to current and ongoing initiatives.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university or PMP certification, and 3+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • MBA preferred

  • Experience working with project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets as well as project management software

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

  • Certified Procurement Professional (CPP)

  • Understanding of Laptops / Desktops for matching usage of components

Physical Demand & Work Environment:

  • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing

  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment

  • Must be able to use a computer

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively 

  • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

Salary Range

$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)
  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
