About Us:

At Parafin, we’re on a mission to grow small businesses.

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, but traditional banks often don’t have their backs. We build tech that makes it simple for small businesses to access the financial tools they need through the platforms they already sell on.

We partner with companies like DoorDash, Amazon, Worldpay, and Mindbody to offer fast and flexible funding, spend management, and savings tools  to their small business users via a simple integration. Parafin takes on all the complexity of capital markets, underwriting, servicing, compliance, and customer service for our partners.

We’re a tight-knit team of innovators hailing from Stripe, Square, Plaid, Coinbase, Robinhood, CERN, and more — all united by a passion for building tools that help small businesses succeed. Parafin is backed by prominent venture capitalists including GIC, Notable Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Ribbit Capital, and Thrive Capital. Parafin is a Series C company, and we have raised more than $194M in equity and $340M in debt facilities.

Join us in creating a future where every small business has the financial tools they need.

About the Position

We are looking for a Product and Partner Marketing Lead to accelerate adoption of Parafin’s embedded financing products across our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for launching new partners and features, driving greater adoption of our products, and ensuring Parafin is prominently and effectively represented within partner experiences. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, partner marketing, and growth to influence how partners position, promote, and scale Parafin offerings.

This is a high-impact role reporting to the Head of Marketing and working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Design, and our partners’ teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead partner go-to-market strategy: Launch new partners and features, including development of positioning, messaging, toolkits, and partner-ready materials that accelerate launch and ensure a consistent narrative.

  • Drive adoption and grow partner programs: Increase offer view rates and originations by analyzing funnel performance, identifying opportunities, and improving partner surfaces like landing pages, dashboards, and marketing pages. Influence partners to implement the data and tracking needed for growth.

  • Build scalable partner enablement frameworks: Create playbooks, templates, and other assets that streamline onboarding and help partners consistently promote financing products. Develop systems that support faster, more predictable scaling.

  • Identify and test new growth levers: Run experiments to uncover new ways to drive originations and expand Parafin’s ownership of partner-driven marketing. Evaluate performance, surface insights, and translate learnings into repeatable strategies and programs.

What We’re Searching For:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of complex, partner-driven go-to-market motions.

  • This is a senior individual contributor role, requiring strong strategic judgment, cross-functional influence, and hands-on execution.

  • Proven ability to launch products or features with external platforms, including crafting positioning and building go-to-market assets.

  • Strong communicator who can translate insights, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams across Account Management, Product, Design, and partner organizations.

  • Comfort working with funnel and campaign performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and optimize marketing outcomes.

  • Demonstrated success driving adoption or revenue growth in a B2B2C or partner-driven environment.

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, moving between high-level planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

We Prefer If You Have:

  • Experience in partner marketing within tech or fintech, especially in B2B2C or embedded product environments.

  • Strong analytical depth, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, experiment results, and partner funnels beyond surface-level metrics.

  • A track record of building scalable go-to-market playbooks or frameworks for partner-facing teams.

  • Experience running co-marketing initiatives, lifecycle programs, and/or field marketing efforts as part of a broader go-to-market mix.

What We Offer

  • Salary Range: $190k - $205k

  • Equity grant

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Work from home flexibility

  • Commuter benefits

  • Free lunches

  • Paid parental leave

  • 401(k)

  • Employee assistance program

If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please contact us.
