Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory firm (RIA) in search of an experienced Product and Technology Analyst to support and advance our firm’s technology strategy across product development, advisor technology support, and cybersecurity. This role is designed for a highly independent and resourceful professional who can quickly understand our firm’s operations, integrate with our Hub platform, and act as a versatile extension of the CTO.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Product & Roadmap Execution

  • Partner with product leadership to define requirements, test new features, and coordinate releases for our proprietary Hub and broader tech stack.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate advisor feedback into actionable product enhancements.
  • Track roadmap progress to ensure deliverables align with advisor efficiency, firm efficiency, and compliance goals.

 

Advisor Technology Support

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex advisor technical issues, providing timely resolution and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training resources, and best practices.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or product improvements to prevent them.

 

Cybersecurity & IT Oversight

  • Support ongoing cybersecurity monitoring, reporting, and vendor management (SOC, SIEM, Intune, etc.).
  • Assist with incident response, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and contribute to firm-wide security awareness initiatives.

 

Cross-Functional Technology Operations

  • Drive efficiency through process automation and systems integrations (Notion, Linear, Teams, etc.).
  • Produce clear, data-driven reports for leadership on product, support, and security initiatives.
  • Proactively recommend tools, workflows, or practices that improve advisor and firm outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in product management, IT, business systems, or technology operations (financial services experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience working with external vendors.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, tools, and compliance requirements within a regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with advisor tools such as performance reporting (Tamarac, Orion) and financial planning systems (Income Lab, MoneyGuide).
  • Knowledge of SOC/SIEM platforms, endpoint management, or compliance-related technologies.
  • Exposure to workflow automation, AI applications, or light scripting (Zapier, n8n, Python, SQL).

 

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
