What You’ll Do:

  • Design intuitive, high-conversion experiences across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Translate customer insights, data, and experimentation results into clear flows, interactions, and visual designs.

  • Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that support Product-Led Growth outcomes.

  • Design and evolve interaction models for AI-powered features such as assistants, recommendations, and automations.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth PMs, and Research to move quickly from concept to shipped product.

  • Contribute to shared design systems, patterns, and principles that improve quality and velocity across teams.

About You:
You’re a systems thinker who enjoys simplifying complexity and designing with purpose. You’re energized by fast iteration, comfortable experimenting with AI-powered tools, and motivated by designing experiences that are both elegant and measurable in impact.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3–6+ years of product design experience working on SaaS or digital products.

  • Strong interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem-solving.

  • Experience designing for growth metrics such as onboarding, conversion, engagement, or retention.

  • Comfort designing AI-powered experiences and experimenting with generative design or prototyping tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment with a bias toward action.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for marketers, creators, or non-technical users.

  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles or MarTech environments.

  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
