About Ease

Ease is a stealth seed stage startup building the vertical operating system for behavioral health — unifying EHR, RCM, and AI automation into one modern platform. Founded by Zach Cohen, Raymond Wang, and Steve Gold, we’re at $6M+ ARR and have raised $37M led by a16z. Think “Epic for behavioral health,” rebuilt with AI at the core. Today’s behavioral health stack is fragmented and outdated; owning the system of record lets us embed AI directly into real workflows and solve problems others can’t.

Our culture is a rare mix in healthcare: build fast, ship often, and work on real operations with real users.

  • Rapid iteration directly with customers

  • Design AI products on top of live data and workflow

  • Deep ownership and end-to-end impact.

  • Products that ship with immediate usage and distribution

  • Startup speed with real revenue and top-tier backing

  • Meaningfully improve access to mental healthcare across the U.S.

If you want to build AI that materially improves provider efficiency, patient access, and the economics of healthcare, join us at Ease Health.
