Overview: 

As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You’ll contribute to the full design process—from research and ideation to execution—ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to our customers and align with our business goals. 

As a Product Designer, you will:  

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. 
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly. 
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development. 
  • Contribute to and maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides. 
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and apply user feedback to refine designs. 
  • Ensure design accuracy and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams. 
  • Use design principles, research insights, and data to support and explain design decisions. 
  • Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders. 
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role. 
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design. 
  • Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

 Bonus Skills: 

  • Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies. 
  • Experience with usability testing and user research. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments. 
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS products. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. 
  • Must be willing to work during US Central Hours
