Note: We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a position with their organization, not with People Culture Talent. We're excited to help connect talented professionals with this exceptional team!

The Role

We're hiring a Product Designer to help shape the user experience of a platform trusted by some of the most technically advanced teams in software and AI. This is a foundational role where you'll collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers to design experiences for complex, developer-focused workflows. You'll also play a key part in establishing the design standards that will guide the future of our product.

What You’ll Own
  • Product Design — Own the end-to-end design of platform experiences, from early-stage concept through production.

  • User Research — Get in front of customers directly. Understand how they work, where they struggle, and what better looks like.

  • Design Systems — Build and evolve scalable design patterns and components that hold up as the product grows.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work inside the product development process with engineering and product. Not handed specs — part of creating them.

  • Interaction Design — Design flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces for technically complex workflows.

  • Customer Advocacy — Keep the user's perspective in the room during product decisions.

  • Design Strategy — Help shape the long-term vision for product experience as the platform expands.

What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or technical products

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and the ability to make complex workflows feel simple

  • Experience collaborating directly with engineers — not just handing off assets

  • The ability to simplify technically dense workflows into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight

  • Strong communication skills; you can articulate design decisions and push back when needed

  • Experience designing for developer audiences, technical users, or infrastructure products is a strong plus

About Our Client

This venture-backed AI infrastructure company is developing the connectivity layer that enables AI platforms and B2B software to take meaningful action within the systems businesses rely on. The founding team brings experience from Google, Meta, and AWS. The team is small, retention rates are exceptional, and the technical standards are high. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are excited about meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape the future of collaboration between businesses and AI.
