Job summary

We are seeking an AI-native Product Designer to support the development of new experiences that help customers confidently engage with a rapidly evolving global catalogue of AI models and agents. In this role, you will contribute to features and workflows that make complex AI and security concepts more accessible and useful. You’ll collaborate across teams and disciplines and grow your skills in product design and delivery, research, and systems thinking while working on meaningful, real-world, and urgent challenges in AI trust and transparency.

 

What you will do

  • Contribute to the design of user experiences for AI-related features, from early concepts through production delivery
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to translate requirements into exceptional design solutions
  • Assist in user research efforts, including gathering insights and helping synthesize findings
  • Use AI and traditional tools to create mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas
  • Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and clarity of complex workflows
  • Support the evolution and adoption of design systems and patterns
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and rapidly iterate on designs accordingly
  • Use data and feedback to refine and improve user experiences

 

What you will have

  • Must have: demonstrated experience with AI based design and/or coding tools, and confidence experimenting with emerging AI technologies: we’ll want to see examples of how you’re using AI in different contexts (personal projects can also serve as examples)
  • 3+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design (including internships or relevant coursework)
  • Proficiency with traditional design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
  • Foundational understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills
  • Basic experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)

 

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products
  • Experience working on complex workflows or technical domains (e.g., security, infrastructure, or IT tools)
  • Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design approaches
  • Experience contributing to or scaling a design system
  • Basic understanding of front-end development and responsive design

The annualized base salary range for this position is outlined below. 

Each candidate’s compensation offer will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, job duties, business needs, and location. For roles that include additional compensation components, total compensation may include base pay, bonus, equity, or other incentives.
