You will operate as a senior leader who sets direction, drives adoption, and builds a culture of accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Own reliability, service levels, and operational health for critical platform services, including cost transparency and optimization outcomes
  • Build experience products (for data owners, publishers, engineers, and product managers) that reduce friction, accelerate onboarding, and improve adoption of standards
  • Define and monitor adoption, engagement, and outcome metrics; iterate roadmaps based on user feedback and measured impact
  • Partner with senior business, product, technology, risk, and compliance leaders to align platform investments to strategic priorities and regulatory expectations
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing organization of senior product leaders across platforms, publishing, and experience products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 15+ years of experience in data platforms, data engineering, or technology product leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling data platforms in a highly regulated enterprise environment
  • Deep technical fluency across the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses, streaming infrastructure, orchestration and transformation tooling, and data governance capabilities
  • Proven ability to define and deliver multi-year platform strategy, including modernization and consolidation across large, complex data ecosystems
  • Experience owning product roadmaps for internal platforms, including user discovery, prioritization, delivery, and adoption measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across business, technology, risk, and compliance partners
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience leading senior product managers and multi-disciplinary teams with clear accountability and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical strategy and tradeoffs to executive audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading data platform or data product functions within consumer banking, retail banking, or financial technology at scale
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture patterns and operating models for data ownership and stewardship
  • Experience delivering internal developer and data-user experience products such as data catalogs, lineage tools, and self-service publishing portals
