We are looking for a dynamic Product Leader to join our team and work on our innovative suite of compliance and risk solutions. As a Product Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and organizational processes, combining your Product expertise with Leadership skills to deliver user-centered, impactful solutions.

  • Own the Product Strategy: Collaborate with Leadership on the Company Vision to determine the focused, priority Objectives for your team to deliver.
  • Build a Team: Coach and develop a team of rising stars, mentoring Product Managers on their craft from ideation, business case assessment, solution collaboration, execution, and delivery. 
  • Deliver Outcomes: Foster an environment of empowered teams to deliver measurable outcomes through solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and usable.
  • Drive Prioritization: Be a steward of data-driven insights to continuously assess what is most impactful for the users and business and whether solutions are advancing desired outcomes.
  • Champion Agile Delivery: Promote and implement Agile best practices across teams to improve delivery speed, transparency, and product quality. Promote rapid prototyping with your team members through AI tooling to quickly test solution hypotheses.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate roadmap and release updates, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to report status updates on strategic initiatives and objective progress.
  • Client Engagement: Represent the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate product vision, gather feedback, and showcase new capabilities. Conduct discovery with key clients, alongside your team members, to understand their use cases, workflows, and opportunities.
  • Ensure Quality: Collaborate with Product Operations and Product Managers to instill best practices on documentation, product demo paths, and usage metrics to ensure solutions meet business goals.

What you’ll bring to the table:


  • 7+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years in people management.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong capabilities in fostering adoption of AI tools to accelerate Product outcomes
  • Proficient in Product Management & Software Delivery platforms such as Aha and Atlassian.
  • Strong track record of coordinating go-to-market planning, internal training, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Experience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars.
  • Experience working in global virtual teams.
  • Experience working in Governance, Risk, and Compliance related domains is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Confident engaging and presenting to customers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and attention to detail, bringing assertiveness as needed to drive initiatives forward and make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to build trust and foster effective working relationships across departments and geographies.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a global virtual team where transparency and teamwork are valued.
  • Agile and adaptable—able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000, plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
