Owns product enablement strategy across RXNT’s clinical and practice management solutions. Develops scalable LMS, training, documentation, Help Center, and feature-launch programs for Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, and customers. Serves as the product knowledge expert, identifies content gaps, improves workflows, evaluates automation and enablement technologies, and partners with Marketing and Product to drive adoption and consistent communication.
The Product Operations Manager is a strategic driver of content and enablement across RXNT, combining deep expertise in RXNT's Clinical and Practice Management solutions with a forward-looking understanding of automation, LMS, and emerging enablement technology. This role sets the strategy for how product knowledge is captured, structured, and delivered — feeding Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, and ultimately RXNT's customers — and ensures that strategy scales as the product and organization evolve. The Product Operations Manager bridges internal knowledge gaps, builds scalable training and documentation infrastructure, and positions RXNT's teams to adopt new features and tools quickly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Management Strategy
- Own and evolve the long-term strategy for RXNT Learn (LMS), including how content architecture, automation, and delivery methods should scale as the product and company grow
- Own the design and delivery of organization-wide training and client-facing webinars, equipping team members to lead sessions independently
- Ensure timely documentation and rollout of new features across internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve Help Center content based on product updates and client needs
- Evaluate emerging LMS, automation, and AI-driven enablement tools, and recommend adoption where it improves speed, accuracy, or scale of content delivery
- Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency
Product Expert
- Serve as the go-to strategic resource for Clinical and Practice Management knowledge across the company, with a firm grasp of how RXNT's SaaS solutions work end-to-end
- Act as the liaison for cross-functional product-related inquiries, translating product complexity into clear, actionable content for non-technical audiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound questions from Sales, Customer Service, and Onboarding — answering directly where possible, and routing and prioritizing the rest to the appropriate teams
- Identify emerging knowledge gaps and proactively build a content roadmap to close them, escalating resourcing needs to the Director of Product Operations
Process Improvement
- Build and lead a content enablement strategy that ensures Sales, Customer Service, and Onboarding teams — and ultimately customers — receive consistent, accurate, and timely information
- Assist in onboarding and adoption of tools aligned with LMS and business needs, with an eye toward automation opportunities
- Create reusable templates and frameworks for tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk
- Educate internal teams on newly introduced platforms and support workflows
Feature Launch & Adoption
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution for successful feature launches
