Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Enablement, Product Operations, Product Education, CX, Customer Success, or related SaaS roles.
- Experience enabling complex SaaS products; Payroll, Finance, HR Tech, or compliance-related experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to simplify technical product functionality into clear business value and storytelling.
- Experience building scalable enablement content, knowledge systems, and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating and delivering product training and enablement programs.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement impact and improving programs over time.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Native-level English required.
Job Responsibilities
- Own Product Enablement initiatives for Payroll and Bob Finance across CS, Sales, and CX teams.
- Build and maintain scalable enablement programs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Translate complex payroll and finance product capabilities into clear customer-facing value and messaging.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap, upcoming releases, and market requirements.
- Lead product release enablement processes and improve operational workflows and templates.
- Create and maintain structured sources of truth across LMS, CMS, Ask.AI, and related tools.
- Ensure enablement content is accurate, accessible, current, and optimized for AI-powered workflows.
- Eliminate outdated or conflicting information across documentation and internal systems.
- Design role-specific enablement content and AI prompts that support consistent product messaging.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and CX teams to ensure alignment.
- Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.
