About Our Company

WeBox is the leading intelligent marketplace delivering personalized group orders.

WeBox is driven by three core principles: customer obsession over competitor focus, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for growth.

Our Mission and Vision

WeBox strives to deliver personalized group orders, ensuring that every group member enjoys the happiness of delivery.

By 2032, we will achieve $1 billion in revenue by leveraging technology to become a leading provider of intelligent and sustainable solutions for group orders.

About the Role

We are hiring Product Engineers — builders who can turn ideas into real products, fast.

This is not a traditional Software Engineer role.

A Product Engineer owns the full loop: from identifying problems to shipping solutions and driving real business impact.

You will work directly with leadership to prototype, build, and iterate on high-impact initiatives across our marketplace, logistics, and internal systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify high-impact problems across the business (not just product features)
  • Rapidly prototype and ship solutions using AI tools and modern frameworks
  • Own the full product loop: idea → build → launch → iterate
  • Work closely with operations and business teams to drive real adoption
  • Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Continuously refine solutions based on usage, feedback, and data
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong engineering background with hands-on coding ability
  • Product mindset — you think in terms of users, outcomes, and trade-offs
  • Builder mentality — you take ownership and move things forward without waiting
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit -> Claude, xcode etc.) to accelerate development
  • Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and iterate quickly
  • Strong ownership and accountability for results
What Makes This Role Different
  • You are not just implementing specs — you define and build solutions
  • No strict separation between product and engineering
  • Speed, iteration, and impact matter more than process
  • Your work directly affects revenue, efficiency, and user experience
Who Should Apply
  • Engineers who want to own products, not just write code
  • Builders who enjoy solving ambiguous problems
  • Product-minded engineers who want to move fast and ship
  • People excited about building in an AI-first environment
Why Join WeBox
  • Work directly with company leadership on critical initiatives
  • High ownership, high impact, low bureaucracy
  • Be part of building an AI-native organization from the ground up
  • Opportunity to grow into a key operator as the company scales
Equal Opportunity Employer

WeBox is an equal-opportunity employer committed to hiring based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.

Note:

  • This position offers a competitive salary

If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your application.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
