As a Product Engineer, you'll own the E2B Dashboard, shipping user-facing features, optimizing performance with Next.js, and engaging with customers for technical solutions.
The summary above was generated by AI

πŸ’» Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, Next.js, React

βœ… Skills: Building full-stack apps, expertise with complex web views that efficiently manage state between client and server, strong UI/UX sensibility

πŸ‘‰ Who we are

E2B is a fast growing Series A startup with 7-figure revenue. We've raised over $32M in total since our funding in 2023 and are supported by great investors like Insight Partners. Our customers are companies like Perplexity, Hugging Face, Manus, or Groq. We're building the next hyperscaler for AI agents.

πŸ‘‰ About the role

Your job will be to own and scale the E2B Dashboard β€” the application developers rely on to develop and monitor sandboxes, track usage metrics, and debug their infrastructure. You'll ship features quickly and make key product decisions with minimal oversight.

You'll build enterprise-grade experiences that scale to 100k+ weekly active users. Responsibilities include:

  • Shipping user-facing features end-to-end β€” from design decisions through deployment and monitoring

  • Optimizing Next.js performance with multi-layer caching and response time improvements

  • Engaging directly with customers to transform their needs into technical solutions

  • Building real-time data experiences using WebSockets and SSE for sandbox logs and metrics

  • Making architectural decisions around observability, testing, and security best practices

This role requires a high amount of ownership and ability to take projects from 0 to 1. You'll have deep autonomy to make product and technical decisions. If you see a better way to build something, you build it.

πŸ‘‰ What we're looking for

  • 3-5+ years shipping production web applications with deep expertise in React, and TypeScript

  • Advanced expertise with Next.js app router and knowledge of its latest features to optimize web performance

  • Great taste on front-end decisions β€” you know when to prioritize polish vs speed and care deeply about developer experience

  • Back-end competence with modern stacks: comfortable with Supabase/PostgreSQL, API design, authentication/authorization, and server-side optimization

  • Excited to work in person from San Francisco on a devtool product

  • Ownership mentality: you see projects through from conception to launch to iteration

  • Comfortable talking to customers and explaining technical tradeoffs

  • Not being afraid to take ownership of the part of our product

  • Great communication, curiosity, and interest in the AI space

If you join E2B, you'll get a lot of freedom. We expect you to be proactive and take ownership. You'll be taking projects from 0 to 1 with the support of the rest of the team.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
