Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer at Console, you’ll work on the main application surfaces and core flows that make our product work well. You will work closely with the product team and leadership to ship experiences which set Console apart.

Some examples of work you might do:

• Build out new product modules that hold their own against competing point solutions

• Delight customers by delivering on feature requests the same day they requested them

• Add end-to-end support for new support channels and entry-points

You'll have room to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape both the platform and the product vision.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

• You're a product builder with strong generalist technical skills, and you know how to maximize your impact to deliver great experiences for users and customers

• You deeply empathize with customers, recognizing that internal support is challenging and frequently overlooked

• You're good at managing your own work and can break down product ideas into clear action items and milestones

• You can drive feature development end-to-end, delighting users with great UX one day and building an efficient search index the next

• 4+ years of full-time experience in a product focused software engineering role

• Comfortable working and contributing across the entire stack (Typescript/Node/React)

• Obsessed with building incredible product experiences for users, and never happy with "good enough"
