Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. We're building toward a future where enterprise operations are fully autonomous; with no tickets, approvals, or manual processes slowing companies down.

Our platform enables companies like Databricks, Figma, and Cursor to delegate entire categories of work to AI agents that understands their org, takes action across systems, and gets smarter over time. We've raised $29M, backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub) and a small group of founders who have built category-defining companies.

We’re unusually selective about the people we work with. We hire builders who span functions, optimize for speed, and care deeply about their craft. We do not care about pedigree. We have a lot of work ahead of us. Join us.

About the role

We’re hiring a Product Engineer as the product continues to expand and more teams rely on Console to run internal operations. You’ll work right at the boundary between our AI agents and the product, shaping how agent capabilities turn into real workflows that actually get work done.

You’ll take ideas from concept to production, own them end-to-end, and define how work is structured, executed, and improved across the platform as we scale. You'll have room to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape both the platform and the product vision.

What You'll Do
  • Design workflow primitives and capabilities that define how work gets created, tracked, and completed

  • Build AI-powered product flows, making outputs usable, predictable, and reliable

  • Define how users interact with and manage workflows, from initiation to completion

  • Create feedback loops in the product so workflows improve from real usage

  • Handle messy, real-world inputs and ensure systems behave consistently

  • Expand the platform with new workflows, integrations, and ways to get work done

  • Turn ambiguous ideas into shipped features with product and leadership

Who You Are

You’re a product-minded engineer who likes figuring out how systems should behave, not just implementing them. You’ll likely have:

  • 4+ years of full-time experience in a product focused software engineering role

  • Comfort working across the stack (TypeScript / Node.js / React)

  • Experience building and shipping product features or systems end-to-end

  • Strong product instincts and a focus on how things actually work for users

  • Ability to take something vague and turn it into something real

  • Comfort working with real-world systems that don’t behave perfectly every time

  • A sense of ownership and a bias toward moving quickly and iterating from real usage

Why join Console?
  • Product-market fit: We have built the leading product in our category, in a massive market. We've hit an inflection point and are on track to build a generational company.

  • World-class team: We seek high agency contributors who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize what matters and are action-biased.

  • Grow with us: We reward impact, not credentials or years of experience. We intend to grow talent from within as we scale up.

  • Competitive pay and benefits: top compensation with full benefits including:

    • Equity with early exercise & QSBS eligibility

    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

    • Unlimited PTO

    • 401(k)

    • Meals provided daily in office #LI-AS1
