About Rejigg

Rejigg is redefining how small businesses change hands. Our AI-powered marketplace connects buyers and sellers, automates diligence, and simplifies transactions, making entrepreneurship more accessible and ownership transitions radically easier.

The process today is fragmented, opaque, and full of middlemen. We are fixing that and it is working. Today, we work with tens of thousands of buyers, thousands of sellers, and are on pace to 10x year over year.

About the Role

The code you write will directly power one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life: selling their legacy or stepping into ownership. It is emotional, it is complex, and it deserves care.

Rejigg is still early. You will join a small engineering team working directly with the founders to turn customer insight into simple, fast, reliable product. This role is a great fit if you like owning problems end-to-end, sweating UX details, and shipping quickly with tight feedback loops.

We are a well-funded, tight-knit team based in San Francisco. You will be building at the intersection of AI and marketplaces, spreadsheets and real people. This is a chance to take real ownership, grow quickly, and help define how we build.

What You Will Do
  • Build and ship product features end-to-end, from prototype to production

  • Work closely with founders, customers, and GTM teammates to translate insight into shipped product

  • Contribute across the stack, including frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure, with support when needed

  • Improve product quality through performance, reliability, and polish

  • Help evolve our architecture and engineering practices as we scale

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience building and shipping production software, or a strong track record of projects that show the same

  • Comfort working across the stack, or strong depth in one area with excitement to learn the rest

  • Strong product instincts and care for UX, speed, and clarity

  • Ability to move quickly, communicate clearly, and take ownership of outcomes

  • Interest in small businesses, entrepreneurship, marketplaces, or ownership transitions

  • Excited to work in-person most days in our downtown SF office

Bonus points

  • Django, Next.js, or Postgres experience

  • Experience with marketplaces, workflows, search, matching, or data-heavy product surfaces

  • Experience building AI-powered product features

Why Rejigg
  • High ownership, fast decision cycles, and direct collaboration with founders. You will help shape the product, team, and company from the ground up

  • Competitive salary and meaningful early equity

  • Generous health coverage with 100 percent of premiums reimbursed up to the maximum QSEHRA allowance

  • A mission that matters, making small business ownership more accessible
