About the team:

The product organization is at the core of Airwallex, bringing together commercial strategy, engineering, design, and financial compliance to deliver Airwallex’s product suite to our global customers. Our customers range from SMEs that use our suite of Financial OS solutions to manage global payments to enterprise-scale partners who have built businesses on top of our platform and infrastructure. Our Product organization is guided by our Operating Principles, with craftsmanship, obsessive curiosity, and a customer mindset at our core in creating world-class products. Our product team consists of creative and dynamic problem solvers who dive into new challenges daily and can communicate across all levels of the organization.

About the role:

As Product Lead for Growth, you will lead a highly strategic team and drive our evolution to an increasingly self-serve experience. You will work with a talented and dedicated design, data, and engineering team and lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact via product-led growth and build best-in-class tooling for internal and external users.

This role is based in San Francisco.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall professional experience 

  • 3+ years of formal people management experience

  • Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning, and development

  • Evidence of exponential growth of a fintech or B2B SaaS product

  • Experience working with the following stakeholder groups: Data Science, Design, Customers, Engineering, Marketing, Senior Leadership team

  • Exemplary academic achievements (e.g., high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship, etc.) 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems, and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights

  • Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods

  • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams

  • Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth

  • ​​Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper-growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology
