About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

Marble's patient experience is the product that matters most to the kids and families we serve. As Product Lead for Patients, you'll own that experience end-to-end — from the moment a student is referred to care through every touchpoint that keeps them engaged in their mental health journey.

You'll work with a cross-functional team of engineering, operations, and design to architect and scale three interconnected product areas: the core patient and family experience, Marty (our AI-powered patient companion), and the guardian experience that turns parents from passive recipients of updates into active members of their child's care team. This is a high-ownership role for an ambitious product leader who is motivated by hard problems and real-world impact.

This role is hybrid, with three days per week in our SoHo, New York City office.

What You'll Do
  • Own the core patient and family product experience by enabling students and families to get into care, stay engaged, and navigate their care journey end-to-end

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for Marty, our AI patient companion, evolving it from a weekly session model into a continuous experience that supports kids in the moments they need it most

  • Build out the guardian experience — moving from passive care updates to active, guided support that helps parents support their child in the right ways at the right times

  • Partner with engineering, operations, clinical, and design to ship experiences that improve care outcomes and expand access

  • Define and track the metrics that matter — use data, user research, and feedback to prioritize, make tradeoffs, and drive results

  • Design lightweight tests to validate hypotheses quickly and iterate based on real user behavior

  • Craft compelling narratives about the product vision and communicate clearly across users, team members, and stakeholders

Who You Are
  • 6+ years in product management roles, including meaningful consumer-facing experience

  • Track record of building products 0→1 and scaling them 1→10

  • Hands-on AI product experience — you've shipped AI-powered features and understand how to build with and around AI responsibly

  • Based in New York and able to work from our SoHo office 3+ days per week

  • Deeply understands consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points — often before users can articulate them themselves

  • Focuses on high-impact initiatives and says no to distractions; balances short-term wins with long-term vision and makes tough tradeoffs with limited resources

  • Meticulously gathers evidence, connects data points, and follows the trail of metrics to uncover insights others miss

  • Crafts compelling narratives about product vision and translates complex ideas into simple concepts for different audiences

  • Designs lightweight tests, validates hypotheses quickly, and iterates based on real user data

  • Elevates the people around them through strategic clarity, intentional feedback, and genuine empathy

  • Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids

Bonus:

  • Prior startup or early-stage experience

  • Experience in the health tech space

Why Marble
  • Direct impact on kids' mental health access — this work is meaningful

  • Greenfield opportunity to build something from the ground up, with leadership support and a clear growth path

  • Small, experienced team that moves fast and takes the work seriously

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity

Compensation

Marble offers competitive compensation for a senior product leader. Compensation includes a base salary, equity, and full benefits.
