Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

Why this role matters

Socure is redefining digital identity. We expect Workforce Solutions to quickly become our fastest-growing area with impact across industries and geographies. You will own zero to one creation and the full lifecycle after launch. That means vision, roadmap, execution, and go to market on top of RiskOS.

Build with and beyond Socure. Start with flagship components like DocV, Digital Intelligence, Sigma Fraud, Sigma Synthetic, and Verify to compose high-signal verification flows. Where the market needs new signals or products, create them. RiskOS powers the work with a world class workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic capabilities that launch novel HR and Recruitment solutions, including dynamic policy agents, reviewer copilots, and outcome-driven checks that keep getting smarter.

What you’ll do
  • Own the vision and strategy. Set a bold multi year roadmap for workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention.

  • Ship zero to one. Find the sharpest problems. Validate fast. Launch v1. Scale what wins.

  • Deliver lifecycle coverage. Solve workforce verification end to end. From job application and interview risk checks to onboarding, ongoing access, account takeover defense, and payroll fraud prevention.

  • Orchestrate in RiskOS. Use the world class workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic decisioning to create adaptive solutions that learn from outcomes.

  • Run the business. Define success metrics, pricing and packaging, and positioning. Make build/partner/buy calls and own results.

  • Lead the GTM motion. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to land lighthouse customers, enable the field, and drive adoption.

  • Grow the ecosystem. Secure integrations and partnerships with HRIS and ATS platforms and adjacent systems.

  • Operate with data. Turn product analytics, fraud signals, and market feedback into clear priorities and faster velocity.

  • Elevate the team. Mentor PMs and align engineering, data science, design, compliance, and operations around crisp plans.

What you bring
  • 7 to 10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, fraud, HR or recruitment tech, or data platforms.

  • A proven zero to one track record. You have taken a concept to v1 and then to product market fit.

  • Strength in go-to-market ownership. You know pricing and packaging, positioning, enablement, and partnership strategy. You are comfortable with customer calls and design partners.

  • Technical fluency with ML and AI products. You can reason about data quality, model fit, platform tradeoffs, and delivery.

  • Executive level communication and cross functional influence. You align senior stakeholders and keep teams moving.

  • Bonus. Deep experience with HRIS or ATS ecosystems, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance. A technical or quantitative degree is a plus.
