About Wispr

Wispr Flow is making it as effortless to interact with your devices as talking to a close friend.

Today, Wispr Flow is the first voice dictation platform people use more than their keyboards — because it understands you perfectly on the first try. It’s context-aware, personalized, and works anywhere you can type, on desktop or phone.

In 2026, in addition to dictation, we're focused on building native actions — an agentic framework that understands you, and works reliably.

We’re a team of AI researchers, designers, growth experts, and engineers rethinking human-computer interaction from the ground up. We value high-agency teammates who communicate openly, obsess over users, and sweat the details. We thrive on spirited debate, truth-seeking, and real-world impact.

We're grown our revenue +150% every quarter for the last 4 quarters, and have raised $81M from Tier 1 VC firms and other well-known angels.

We're looking for a Product Lead to drive projects such as ICP tailoring and 0-1 surfaces like voice-to-action through sharp product thinking, rapid experimentation, and hands-on building.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has high agency and ownership, and is energized by the pace of building consumer products at the frontier of AI.

What You'll Do
  • Launch new product experiences. You'll identify high-leverage opportunities to build ICP-tailored products or new voice-to-action surfaces by defining the product vision, and taking features from concept to launch.

  • Own product surfaces end-to-end. Take full responsibility for major surface areas and drive their roadmaps from strategy through execution.

  • Run rapid, parallel experiments. Manage multiple concurrent work streams touching real users. Design experiments, scope them ruthlessly, and ship fast. Use prototypes, behavioral analysis, and user research to validate ideas.

  • Build personally. Use AI coding tools to creatively prototype and test ideas with real users in hours, not weeks. You're comfortable building to validate hypotheses yourself.

  • Lead and execute cross-functionally. Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver impact and ship the best-in-class product experiences.

  • Go deep on data. Run your own analyses, design your own experiments, and form your own conclusions. Use quantitative and qualitative signals to guide decisions, balancing long-term strategy with short-term learning.

Who You Are
  • Experienced. Previous founder or 5+ years of product management experience at a high-velocity consumer or PLG company. Track record of launching and/or growing successful products in 0-to-1 or fast-scaling environments.

  • Entrepreneurial and independent. Thrive in ambiguity and building from scratch. Have an ownership mindset and the ability to navigate and execute across multiple domains, end to end.

  • Systems thinker. Understand customer journeys, funnels, and feedback loops. Have a deep understanding of the levers for product-led growth and retention.

  • Technically fluent. Comfortable working closely with engineering teams. Understand and synthesize technical tradeoffs. Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship and you're excited about what this unlocks for product development.

  • Data-driven. Track record of using metrics, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions. Build data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.

  • Deeply user-centric. Build real understanding of how customers experience the product, through interviews, usage data, and frontline feedback. Champion the voice of the user in strategy and prioritization.

  • Decision oriented. You know when there's enough signal to move. Help others clarify thinking, sharpen hypotheses, and make confident calls under uncertainty.

  • Excellent communicator. Effectively align cross-functional teams and present strategy to stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, research, and leadership.

We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
