SUMMARY

We're looking for a Product Learning Developer to join the Product team and spread the power of Wiz. In this role, you will help build our Wiz Academy and produce end-to-end customer facing video courses. You will be a part of a team that constantly learns in order to teach. As a Product team member, your day-to-day will be writing, video editing, creating assets, staying updated concerning Wiz, and working with training and enablement teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Extract, write and create coherent training video scripts from product managers and other SMEs, documentation, and internal resources in order to produce high-quality videos from start to finish.
  • Develop and execute short and long form technical courses, including designing learning paths, videos, assessments and written curricula.
  • Keep the academy portal and LMS updated as the product changes, track new features, and constantly be on top of modifications.
  • Design infographics, including architecture diagrams, in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to plan, deliver, edit, and publish customer training webinars and events.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in creating and/or delivering complex product training (whether live, remote, or recorded), instructional design and/or tutorials.
  • Experience creating product trainings for technical users.
  • Experience with learning experience development tools such as PowerPoint/Google Slides, Camtasia (or similar video editing tools), Adobe Suite, Figma, VS Code, Markdown, ElevenLabs (or similar text-to-speech tools).
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and translate them into learner-friendly content.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) with a detail-oriented mindset that makes your content both precise and accessible.
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn about emerging technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in SaaS a company (B2B/startup) in a customer learning/training role.
  • Cloud, security, or cloud security experience strongly desired.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Visual design skills both in still and motion

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$114,500$157,500 USD
