YOUR MISSION
  • Support the Senior Product Line Manager in shaping and executing the global product strategy for one of PUMA Football's key footwear franchises, contributing to its long-term growth and commercial success

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the global Football footwear product line strategy, translating consumer, athlete and market insights into compelling product concepts

  • Own the product line throughout the entire lifecycle—from consumer and athlete insights, product briefing and development to global go-to-market execution

  • Partner closely with Design, Development, Go-To-Market and Sports Marketing to create innovative football footwear collections that exceed consumer needs and elevate the brand

  • Drive product excellence by managing line architecture and product information at critical milestones throughout the Product Line Management process

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity and business performance to identify future growth opportunities and inform product decisions

  • Support global sell-in by creating engaging product presentations, sales tools and storytelling for milestone meetings, key account previews and international sales meetings

  • Travel regularly to engage with factories, athletes, retailers and key markets, gathering first-hand insights that shape future product innovation and franchise direction.

YOUR TALENT
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Merchandising or Marketing, ideally within the sporting goods or footwear industry

  • Passion for football, with a strong understanding of the game, football culture and the needs of today's players

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to combine consumer insights, product innovation and business opportunities into successful products

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting market trends, consumer research and business data

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to influence cross-functional and international teams

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment

  • Proactive, curious and entrepreneurial, with a hands-on mentality and a drive to continuously improve products and processes

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in diverse, cross-functional environments and enjoys turning ideas into reality

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management or a related field.
