Position Summary

The Director, Product Management for Rimini Consult owns the global consulting offer portfolio across all Rimini Street product areas. This role is accountable for defining, evolving, productizing, and governing Rimini Consult’s end-to-end set of consulting offers to ensure they are clearly packaged, commercially viable, scalable, and consistently delivered across regions and products.

This is a Professional Services-oriented Product Management role, rather than a traditional software lifecycle Product Management position. The role has a strong outbound and commercial focus, with primary responsibility for driving adoption of Rimini Consult services through cross-sell opportunities across global Large and Enterprise B2B customers.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibilities. The Director title reflects the seniority, experience, and level of strategic influence required for the position.

The Director partners closely with Consulting Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to align client needs, market opportunities, and delivery realities into scalable consulting offers that drive growth and measurable client outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Global Offer Strategy and Portfolio Ownership

  • Own the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio across all products, ensuring coherence, clarity, and differentiation across solution areas.
  • Define and maintain a unified offer framework, including taxonomy, tiers, scope boundaries, assumptions, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Identify portfolio-level gaps, redundancies, and growth opportunities using client demand signals, win/loss insights, sales feedback, and delivery experience.
  • Develop business cases for new offers or material changes, balancing client value, revenue opportunity, margin impact, and delivery feasibility.

Offer Development and Lifecycle Management

  • Lead the productization of Professional Services and consulting capabilities into repeatable, outcome-based offers spanning assessment, roadmap, implementation, and optimization phases.
  • Partner with Consulting Delivery and Practice Leaders across products to validate delivery readiness, prerequisites, scope boundaries, and success criteria.
  • Own the lifecycle of consulting offers from definition through launch, adoption, performance measurement, continuous improvement, and retirement.
  • Increase scalability by reducing bespoke scoping and increasing reuse of standardized modules, delivery patterns, and statement-of-work components.

Commercial Enablement and Go-to-Market Alignment

  • Drive adoption and cross-sell of Rimini Consult services across global Large and Enterprise B2B customers.
  • Maintain an outbound Product Management focus by incorporating customer needs, market insights, sales feedback, and competitive dynamics into offer strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product or Portfolio Marketing to ensure Rimini Consult offers are easy to understand, position, and sell.
  • Support strategic deals and complex pursuits by shaping offer selection, scope boundaries, and outcome-based solution narratives.
  • Define and track core offer performance indicators such as attach rate, conversion, deal cycle time, adoption, and delivery health.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Governance

  • Serve as a central point of accountability for consulting offer decisions across products, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Lead complex initiatives through influence without direct people-management authority.
  • Drive alignment through clear governance mechanisms, decision forums, and documented tradeoffs.
  • Represent Rimini Consult offer strategy in planning and operating cadences with executive-ready clarity.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and limited structure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Consulting Delivery leadership and Practice Leaders across all products
  • Sales and Sales Enablement
  • Product and Portfolio Marketing
  • Finance, Deal Desk, and Pricing partners
  • Product and Technology stakeholders
  • External consulting or delivery partners, as applicable

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization within enterprise technology or Professional Services organizations.
  • Strong Professional Services or consulting experience combined with Product Management or services portfolio management experience.
  • Proven experience productizing Professional Services or consulting capabilities into repeatable, scalable, commercially viable offerings.
  • Experience owning and scaling consulting or Professional Services offers across multiple products, technologies, or solution areas.
  • Strong outbound Product Management experience with a commercial and customer-facing orientation.
  • Experience working within global B2B organizations serving Large and Enterprise customers.
  • Experience driving adoption or cross-sell of consulting or Professional Services offerings.
  • Broad enterprise technology exposure across multiple vendors and ecosystems, rather than experience limited primarily to a single vendor such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct people-management responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor, including defining performance metrics and driving measurable improvement.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and create structure where needed.

Preferred

  • Hands-on Professional Services or consulting experience prior to transitioning into Product Management or services portfolio management.
  • Consulting experience across on-premise ERP, infrastructure, and SaaS environments, with strong exposure to traditional/on-premise ERP.
  • Experience within global consulting, managed services, or boutique consulting organizations.
  • Experience with partner discovery, partner evaluation, or partner management.
  • Experience creating modular scoping tools and reusable delivery assets to improve consistency and speed.
