Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

The Ads Platform organization drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform, empowering businesses to achieve success and measurable growth through advertising on Snap. Our Product and Engineering teams work together to build solutions that deliver impactful results for advertisers. We ensure Snap’s ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Experience Product team to work on Agency Solutions. Agencies plan and buy a large share of the advertising that runs on Snapchat, often in their own tools and across many advertisers at once. This role builds the products that make Snap easier for agencies to plan, manage, and reconcile - for both the global holding companies and independent agencies.

What you'll do

  • Build workflows that let agency teams manage many advertiser accounts and users at scale, and reconcile spend with less manual work.

  • Make sure Snap shows up well at the moment plans are built - present in the tools agencies plan in, with the data a planner needs to size Snap and defend it in a plan.

  • Ship features across media planning tools, insights tools, agency integrations, portfolio level reporting and intelligence, and transaction support.

  • Turn input from Agencies, Advertisers, Sales, Agency Partnerships, and Finance into concrete requirements, and define and track success metrics for what you launch.

  • Write clear specs and work with Engineering, Design and Data Science to deliver them end to end.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience working at or with advertising agencies, and familiarity with how agency planning, buying, trafficking, and billing workflows fit together.

  • Familiarity with the tools agencies operate in (planning systems, Prisma/Mediaocean, order and invoice workflows) and with holding company structures.

  • Comfort working with APIs or platform integrations, and with reasoning about data models and integration details alongside engineers.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to keep engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders aligned on scope and status.

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company; or a Masters and 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience working at or with advertising agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with agency planning, buying, or finance platforms.

  • Experience building multi-account, multi-user, or permissioning products for enterprise customers.

  • Ads Manager, self-serve buying platform, or Ads API experience.
