About the Role
As Product Manager – Connectivity Services, you will help shape and execute the strategy for GTT’s global connectivity portfolio, including IP services, IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), MPLS, ELAN, Broadband and Network‑as‑a‑Service (NaaS).
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work across regions and functions to ensure our products are competitive, scalable and deeply aligned to customer needs. You’ll balance strategy with execution, turning market insight into products that drive growth and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for GTT’s connectivity services portfolio
  • Drive innovation across pricing, technology, packaging and automation to improve customer and employee experience
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver successful product launches and continuous improvements
  • Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market campaigns
  • Engage with customers, industry analysts and events to represent GTT and gather insight
  • Own a customer‑centric approach—using market research, feedback and data to guide decisions
  • Track industry trends and competitive activity to maintain a strong market position
What We’re Looking For
Essential experience:
  • Product Management experience within a global telecoms or managed services provider
  • Strong understanding of DIA, IP Transit, WAN services, broadband and wireline access technologies
  • Knowledge of NaaS frameworks and multinational enterprise networking environments
  • Confidence engaging with C‑suite stakeholders in global enterprises
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication and influencing skills
Nice to have:
  • Networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCIE)
  • Product Management certifications or formal training
