About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade restaurant software that powers global brands. This role bridges business needs, customer insights, and technical execution to build scalable platforms that drive innovation and operational excellence across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a Figma design system migration from one enterprise environment to another, ensuring libraries, components, and token structures transfer correctly.

  • Audit Figma files to map dependencies across libraries, components, templates, patterns, and tokens.

  • Run an early proof of concept in a sandbox to test the migration approach, identify risks, and estimate effort.

  • Restructure foundational libraries as needed while maintaining naming consistency and downstream file integrity.

  • Use Figma library workflows to reconnect migrated files and shared assets at scale.

  • Troubleshoot migration issues, including broken token references, mismatched components, and publishing problems.

  • Validate that tokens, styles, and component relationships are working properly after migration.

  • Partner with design, engineering, and platform stakeholders to sequence the work and reduce disruption.

  • Document key decisions, changes, and known issues for handoff to the internal team.

Key Skillsets

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or a related field with strong technical Figma work.

  • Experience working with shared libraries, component systems, and token-based design structures in Figma.

  • Proven ability to lead or support complex Figma migrations, restructures, or cleanup efforts.

  • Experience identifying technical risks and recommending practical solutions.

  • Portfolio required with examples of design systems and technical Figma work.

  • Experience with Token Studio, Figma enterprise environments, or GitHub-backed token workflows is preferred.

  • Degree not required if experience is strong.

  • Must be able to work remotely in U.S. time zones for the 3–4 month engagement.
