About the RoleAs LendingClub expands its full-spectrum banking capabilities, we are developing new banking products and digital experiences that may require new platforms and infrastructure.The Product Manager – Deposits Digital Experiences will work closely with Product leaders, Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data teams to identify customer needs, define platform capabilities, and guide the development of new products and experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working across discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.What You'll Do
- Own functional areas of the Deposits digital user experience, defining requirements, customer experiences, and supporting platform capabilities
- Partner with engineering and business teams to design and deliver cross-platform functionality
- Serve as the product owner for an Agile scrum team and partner with engineering to ensure strong delivery outcomes
- Advocate for and promote the capabilities of digital banking and account origination platforms across the organization
- Work with product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations partners to evaluate dependencies and tradeoffs impacting the user experience
- Evaluate vendor and partner solutions and integrate them into LendingClub platforms and digital experiences
- Participate in customer research, product discovery, and competitive analysis
- Use product data and analytics to understand engagement trends and inform decision-making
- Develop business cases evaluating potential impacts on revenue, operational efficiency, user engagement, and cost savings
- Lead product initiatives from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Track and manage key product metrics aligned with team and company goals
- 4+ years of product management experience at an internet, fintech, or financial services company
- At least 2 years of experience working with bank deposit products, digital banking platforms, or related financial services capabilities
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and operating in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience using customer insights, research, and product data to guide product decisions
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and drive better solutions through a customer-first perspective
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
Work Location
San Francisco
The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role’s team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role’s success, and remote placement will not be considered. LendingClub offers relocation, based on actual job level.

While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.
Travel Requirements
As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations, as needed.
Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 147,000-173,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub’s Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for long-term awards (equity) and an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
