Join a team building the next phase of JPMorganChase digital acquisition growth—where data, marketing, product, and strategy come together to create measurable impact. You will help establish the performance management foundation, culture, and analytical rigor that enable smarter decisions and faster growth across our digital channels.

As a Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking Digital Acquisition Growth team, you will own performance management frameworks that connect digital activity to new account outcomes, account quality, and customer engagement. • Design and evolve automated dashboards and visualizations with data and analytics partners to deliver timely, decision-ready views of acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, and servicing outcomes
  • Integrate and harmonize data across digital analytics platforms and enterprise data sources to create a trusted, consistent source of truth for performance reporting
  • Translate data into executive-ready narratives that explain drivers, highlight key levers, and inform prioritization and investment decisions
  • Evaluate tests, experiments, and initiatives using rigorous measurement approaches to quantify impact and guide roadmap trade-offs
  • Enable self-service reporting capabilities so partners can independently monitor results, learn from performance, and improve day-to-day decisions
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across the acquisition funnel, including signals tied to risk, loss prevention, and high-value customer engagement
  • Apply appropriate analytics and artificial intelligence tools to improve insight generation, streamline reporting workflows, and increase operational efficiency
  • Influence leaders and partners as a thought partner, introducing new frameworks and operating rhythms that raise performance management maturity

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Seven years of experience in digital analytics, growth analytics, performance management, commercial analytics, or a related field
  • Proven ability to connect data to business outcomes and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders through structured storytelling
  • Proficiency with digital analytics platforms (for example, Adobe Analytics or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (for example, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience building automated dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks from the ground up
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience with digital acquisition, growth marketing, or customer lifecycle analytics
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools used for analytics workflows (for example, Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
