Job DescriptionVisa Digital Products team is on the forefront of Visa’s innovation responsible for building digital platforms such as Visa Token Services and Visa Click to Pay (a.k.a., Secure Remote Commerce/SRC). This team is also responsible for setting standards in the payment industry level (EMVCo and W3C) for digital commerce. Platform product team is responsible for defining product requirements for Visa Click to Pay and Token products, collaborate with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Commercialization, UX Design/Research, Legal, Marketing, Branding, and different Visa Regional teams to build great products at scale and drive adoption.
This position will be responsible for shaping and developing the product strategy, requirements and delivery of digital and physical token provisioning solutions leveraging Visa Token Service. Tokenization replaces cardholder Primary Account Number (PAN) with a secure digital token, helping protect payment data, reduce fraud risk, and improve approval rates while enabling a smoother, safer checkout experience for customers. The Product Manager will own the product strategy for Token Eligibility within the Token Provisioning team. This role is accountable for optimizing the foundational process for Token Provisioning, including but not limited to cardholder eligibility that directly impacts provisioning success rates across Visa Token Service platform. The ideal candidate will balance foundational system optimizations with strategic product enhancements to deliver measurable improvements in the Token provisioning funnel. Their technical credibility will enable them to have productive, solutions-oriented conversations with engineering teams, while their communication skills will help them influence decision-making strategies with external partners.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 5-6 years of product or functional management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or atleast 3 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 1 year of work experience with a PhD. E-commerce and payment industry knowledge.
Experience in driving product strategy and go to market.
Product experience that enables excellent user experiences, especially with services for e-commerce or payment systems or financial systems.
Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, accountability, and team player.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally. Demonstrate strong customer centric mindset.
Successful demonstration of product delivery in either or both Agile (e.g., scrum) and waterfall software development methodologies

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 146,200.00 to 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
