About Slash

Slash is reimagining the future of business banking, helping companies prepare their financial workflows for the fundamental shifts driven by technologies like AI and crypto.

We’re building an elevated financial OS that combines the reliability of traditional banking (high yields, competitive rewards, and uncompromising security) with future-proof capabilities like stablecoins, tailored financial software, and agentic finance.

Our core tenet is a relentless focus on our customers. We serve a wide spectrum of businesses: resourceful internet entrepreneurs, traditional SMB owners, and ambitious founders building at the bleeding edge of technology. We move quickly on customer feedback—building scalable, generalizable products as well as industry-specific software that strengthens our moat within each vertical we serve.

Founded in 2021, Slash is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the world. We power over $10B in annual transactions across a diverse range of industries. To date, we’ve raised over $60M in venture funding, from leading investors like Goodwater Capital, Menlo Ventures, NEA, and Y Combinator.

Our team is deeply experienced yet dynamic, bringing together leaders from fintech companies like Cash App, Mercury, and Finix, alongside self-starters who have built and exited 7–8 figure businesses from their dorm rooms. Slash is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

About the Role

As the Enterprise Finance Product Manager, you will become an expert on the CFO/controller/bookkeeper persona, extracting insights from existing customers and future adopters.

You’ll develop a clear point of view on how software can improve finance workflows in the status quo, while rethinking the role those same workflows may play in an increasingly agent-driven future.

Working closely with a small, high-caliber team of engineers, you’ll drive high-quality features with speed and taste. At the same time, you will collaborate directly with Sales to build a user-informed roadmap and unblock high-value deals.

You will fully own the design, customer adoption, and revenue of our Enterprise Finance product suite, including:

  • Accounts Receivable: From invoice creation and delivery to payment collection and reconciliation. This includes building robust invoicing tools, real-time AR aging and performance reporting, and automated collections workflows.

  • Accounts Payable: Bill ingestion and processing, scheduled and recurring payments, approval workflows, vendor onboarding and management, and integrated procurement capabilities.

  • Expense Management: Empower finance leaders to define and enforce expense policies across large organizations. Includes receipt capture, multi-layer approval workflows, and a flexible low-code policy engine built for opinionated CFOs.

  • Accounting Integrations: Enable business owners and finance teams to categorize and manage transactions through intuitive, AI-driven workflows that accelerate time-to-close while maintaining accuracy and integrity with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Xero, and more.

We believe exceptional products are built through real-world collaboration. This role is in-person at our San Francisco office, five days a week.

What You’ll Do
  • Fully own the roadmap, strategy, and product metrics for Slash’s Enterprise Finance product suite

  • Distill insights from customers, conferences, and industry research, and proactively share them to inform product strategy and team decision-making

  • Drive product adoption and usage in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Stay ahead of finance industry trends and advancements in AI to inform long-term product strategy

  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and ecosystem partners as needed

Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience

  • Exceptionally high agency: you see what needs to be done and execute without waiting for direction

  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A bar-setter for quality who cares deeply about delivering consistent, high-quality product experiences

  • Strong product instincts with a holistic approach to design and intuitive UX patterns

  • Comfortable using AI prototyping tools (e.g., Replit, Claude Code, Cursor) and design/product management tools (e.g., Figma, Linear, Notion)

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Experience building products from 1→100

  • Experience leading projects end-to-end (e.g., idea → design → MVP → iteration → revenue)

  • Experience building financial, payments, or enterprise software products

  • Experience supporting sales cycles and providing high-touch customer support

What’s in It for You
  • Best-in-class health, vision, and dental coverage

  • Unlimited and flexible PTO

  • In-office perks, including lunch, dinner, and transportation

  • High-autonomy, ownership-driven culture

  • Competitive compensation and equity package
