Nango (YC W23) lets developers build product integrations with AI. It gives agents and applications access to the APIs their users rely on.

More than 500 paying customers use Nango today, including Monday, ServiceNow, Replit and Ramp. We are a YC-backed team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies.

We are hiring our first Product Manager to help shape how agents connect to the outside world. Many of Nango’s most important product interfaces are technical: APIs, SDKs, configuration, and runtime behavior.

You will work directly with the founders, particularly our co-founder and Chief Product Officer. You will own established and experimental product areas, working closely with customers, engineers, design, marketing, and sales from discovery through launch.

This is a central role at the forefront of AI and agent infrastructure. It is an unusual opportunity to learn how a technical product with strong market pull is built and scaled.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Talk to customers and turn insights into clear product direction.

  • Research the agent ecosystem, emerging trends, and competitors.

  • Identify and develop new product opportunities from zero to one.

  • Partner with engineering and design to ship quickly.

  • Define success metrics and evaluate what we build.

  • Make clear prioritization decisions with incomplete information.

  • Coordinate launches with marketing and sales.

  • Contribute to Nango’s broader product strategy and roadmap.

Who You Are
  • You have a programming background through education or professional experience.

  • You understand developers and have built products for technical users.

  • You are comfortable reasoning about APIs, SDKs, and software architecture.

  • You have taken products or features from an idea to real usage.

  • You talk to customers regularly and let evidence shape your decisions.

  • You combine strong product judgment with a bias toward action.

  • You communicate clearly across engineering, design, and GTM.

  • You move quickly and create structure without waiting for perfect information.

  • Bonus: you have worked on developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products.

  • Bonus: you understand product-led growth, pricing, or packaging.

  • Bonus: you want to found a company one day.

Location
