C3 AI is looking for a motivated Product Manager to support the development and growth of our C3 Generative AI platform. In this role, you will contribute to product strategy and execution, with a focus on understanding the technical aspects of building AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to help bring innovative AI-driven products to market. This is a great opportunity for a product manager looking to grow in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, contributing to alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to help define product requirements and technical specifications for Generative AI features.
  • Help translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable product features, contributing to roadmap planning under senior guidance.
  • Participate in cross-functional product development efforts, supporting timely delivery of AI features and applications.
  • Develop a working understanding of the AI/ML technologies that underpin the platform, contributing to product design discussions.
  • Assist with go-to-market activities, working with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and drive adoption.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to gather and synthesize user feedback, helping to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Prepare and communicate status updates on product progress, risks, and upcoming milestones to internal stakeholders.
  • Track key product metrics and contribute to ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related field; or equivalent experience through internships or adjacent roles.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including familiarity with Generative AI, data pipelines, or model deployment.
  • Experience or strong interest in collaborating with engineering teams to deliver technically sound products.
  • Ability to break down technical concepts into user-friendly product features and experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Some exposure to the product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

California Base Pay Range
$155,000$193,000 USD
