About the Role

The Growth team at Freed is responsible for how clinicians discover, try, adopt, and expand their use of Freed's products. We are hiring a Growth PM to lead this function by mapping and improving our core product growth engine, ensuring our packaging and pricing maximize value for our users, and support the user lifecycle from onboarding, activation, and retention.

The right person is well-versed in PLG, highly analytical, and has real experience driving monetization and user / revenue growth. They're excited by messy, high-leverage problems and prefer building and experimenting to inheriting a playbook.

How You’ll Have Impact

  • Bring Freed from 25k to 100k+ clinicians by optimizing our core growth engine.

  • Own a best-in-class product experience for onboarding, engagement, and seat expansion.

  • Use data, AI, and clinician input to identify and act on high-leverage growth opportunities.

  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features that help users get value from Freed.

  • Partner with finance, sales, analytics, and marketing to create growth leverage.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of growth experience, with a strong track record of impact on revenue or user growth.

  • Highly analytical — You are able to pair a deep understanding of quantitative data (funnels, KPIs, dashboards) and qualitative data to get generate insights and inform prioritization.

  • PLG impact — You've designed self-serve funnels, in-product activation flows, and improved conversion and retention.

  • Experimentation rigor — You understand the core problems, and pair intuition with hypothesis generation and tests you can run to quickly determine what to ship.

  • AI product sense — You build experiences that are intuitive, empowering, user-focused, and leverage AI.

  • Collaboration impact — You work hand in hand with designers, engineers, data scientists, and align go-to-market teams to create leverage and maximize growth.

  • Startup scrappiness — You are comfortable with ambiguity, are driven, self-motivated, and you've thrived in environments where speed matters more than process.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience designing PLG → sales-assisted handoff motions

  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience

  • Have worked at a company scaling from $20M → $50M+ ARR
