Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is a rapidly growing team focused on providing innovative payment solutions to businesses and governments worldwide. We collaborate with Financial Institutions and FinTechs to deliver frictionless experiences that streamline critical business processes such as expense management, compliance, and vendor payments. Our goal is to enhance cash flow, productivity, and efficiency for our clients.

We are seeking a Product Manager, Go-to-market, B2B Agentic Commerce to join our Visa Commercial Solutions team.

In this role, you will manage key B2B Agentic commerce product initiatives from concept through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. You will analyze market needs, customer feedback, and competitive trends to shape product enhancements and go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B Agentic commerce products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations.
  • Be data obsessed: Track and analyze product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements.
  • Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market

This is a hybrid position. Expectations of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience in Product Management, preferably in payments or fintech.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, skilled in creating a data based roadmap and product strategy, developing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client audiences.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market activities and enabling sales teams
  • Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,200 to 211,850 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
