Job Summary

The Product Manager I, Connectivity, supports product planning, coordination, and execution for connectivity solutions serving OEM and airline customers. This role works with guidance from senior product leaders to help maintain product roadmap inputs, gather customer and business needs, coordinate cross-functional activity, and support delivery of product outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap for Connectivity in alignment with direction provided by senior product leaders

·       Assist with documenting and prioritizing product needs by gathering customers, business, and technical inputs

·       Support engagement with aircraft OEMs, internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers by preparing information, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating communication

·       Contribute to ideation, development, and launch activities for connectivity products and services under the guidance of more senior product managers

·       Help coordinate product direction across cross-functional teams by sharing updates, documenting decisions, and escalating risks or dependencies

·       Translate defined business, OEM, and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, documentation, or supporting materials

·       Use data, market insights, customer feedback, and competitive information to support product recommendations and decision-making

·       Assist with tracking and reporting product success metrics tied to adoption, performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes

·       Support alignment between product priorities, development efforts, and program execution across teams and locations

·       Learn and apply product management best practices, frameworks, and standards within the product organization

·       Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to build product knowledge and improve execution quality


Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field

·       0-3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role

·       Foundational understanding of product development, requirements gathering, roadmap support, or cross-functional project coordination

·       Exposure to inflight connectivity, satellite communication systems, aerospace systems, or related technical environments preferred

·       Ability to work with OEMs, suppliers, customers, and internal partners with guidance

·       Ability to organize information, document requirements, and communicate updates clearly

·       Developing judgment in evaluating product tradeoffs, risks, and customer needs

·       Ability to support cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and locations


Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $73,000 - 88,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
